Introduction
Volemos Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, travelers, and website visitors. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with our travel planning, advisory, and booking services, and describes rights available to California residents under applicable law.
Travel provides services primarily through direct client relationships, by phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and in-person consultation. While we maintain a website, we do not currently offer an automated online booking platform. This Notice applies to all personal information we collect through any of these channels.>
This Notice should be read together with our Terms of Use.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 years of age.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses functional cookies, small data files stored on your device, that are strictly necessary to operate the website. These may include session cookies that maintain basic website functionality, security tokens, and preference settings (such as language or display options). We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or cross-site analytics.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track your browsing activity across third-party websites, and our use of cookies is limited to the functional purposes described above. No additional opt-out is required for functional cookies, as they are necessary for the website to operate. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you may configure your browser to refuse or delete them. Doing so may affect the functionality of certain pages on our website.
Sensitive Personal Information
Some of the personal information we collect is classified as "sensitive personal information" under California law, including government-issued identification numbers (such as passport numbers) and payment card details. We collect and use sensitive personal information only as necessary to arrange travel services on your behalf and comply with Supplier requirements. We do not use sensitive personal information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it.
You have the right to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to purposes that are reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested. To exercise this right, please contact us using the information in Section 17.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes directly related to providing travel services, including:
- Arranging, booking, confirming, and managing travel services on your behalf.
- Communicating with you regarding reservations, itineraries, and travel plans by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger..
- Sending booking confirmations, payment reminders, travel alerts, and itinerary updates.
- Processing payments and preventing fraud.
- Complying with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
- Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.
- We do not use personal information for unrelated or third-party marketing purposes without your consent.
How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide travel services, or as otherwise permitted by law, including with:
- Travel Suppliers — airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, car rental companies, and other travel service providers who require your information to fulfill the services booked on your behalf.
- Payment processors and financial institutions — used to complete and verify transactions.
- Authorized agents or contractors — independent contractors or agents of Volemos Travel who access personal information solely for the purpose of providing travel services on our behalf, and who are bound to handle it in accordance with this Notice.
We do not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
Third-Party Payment Processors
When you make a payment by credit card, debit card, or ACH/bank transfer, your payment information is processed by third-party payment processors (such as a payment gateway or merchant services provider). These processors receive and handle your payment data directly and are responsible for its security in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards (PCI DSS).
Volemos Travel does not store full credit card numbers or full bank account details on our systems. Payment processors that handle your data have their own privacy policies governing their use of that information, and we encourage you to review them. We share only the information necessary to complete your transaction and verify payment.
International Data Transfers
If you book travel to destinations outside the United States, we will share your personal information — including your name, passport details, and travel preferences — with Suppliers located in those countries. Those Suppliers may be subject to the laws of their respective jurisdictions, which may provide different or lesser privacy protections than those available under California or U.S. law.
By authorizing a booking that includes international travel, you acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred to and processed by Suppliers in the destination country or countries, as necessary to fulfill the travel services booked on your behalf. We share only the information required by those Suppliers and do not authorize them to use your personal information for any purpose other than fulfilling your booking.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Volemos Travel, LLC does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law (California Civil Code § 1798.140).
Shine the Light Disclosure
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Volemos Travel does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Accordingly, no Shine the Light disclosure list is required.
Information About Minors
We may process personal information relating to travelers under the age of 18 ("Minor Travelers") only when provided by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 years of age.
Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor without appropriate parental consent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.

- Complete and administer travel bookings and related services.
- Maintain transaction and payment records as required by law or applicable accounting standards.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention practices.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal information is limited to personnel and contractors who need it to provide our services.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
