Introduction
Volemos Travel ("we," "us," or "our") provides travel planning, advisory, and booking services governed by our Terms of Use. This Fees Schedule complements the Terms and should be read in conjunction with all other terms and conditions governing your use of our services.
The fees outlined in this schedule are in United States Dollars ("USD") unless otherwise stated in writting, apply to all travel services booked through Volemos Travel, and are separate from the cost of travel services provided by suppliers. All fees are earned upon receipt of payment and are non-refundable.
Professional Services Fees
Custom Quotes and Planning Services
Professional service fees for Custom Quotes and Planning Services are as follows:
- $75 per custom quote.
Flight-Only Booking Services
Professional service fees for Flight-Only Booking Services are as follows:
- $25 per person, per segment (one-way) for Economy Class.
- $50 per person, per segment (one-way) for Business Class.
- $100 per person, per segment (one-way) for First Class.
Travel Packages and Multi-Component Trips
Professional Service Fees for Travel Packages and Multi-Component Trips consist of a Per-Person Service Fee and a Per-Trip Service Fee, calculated separately as described below. Professional Service Fees are included in the total amount invoiced for travel services.
Per-Person Service Fee
Per-Person Service Fees apply to each traveler aged two (2) years and older as of the return date of the trip; travelers under age two (2) are excluded.
- $200 per traveler for trips with one (1) traveler
- $250 per traveler for trips with two (2) to four (4) travelers
- $300 per traveler for trips with five (5) to ten (10) travelers
- $350 per traveler for trips with more than ten (10) travelers.
Per-Trip Service Fee
In addition to the Per-Person Service Fees above, a non-refundable Per-Trip Service Fee applies to all Travel Package bookings, equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the total trip cost and the Per-Person Service Fees.
Changes, Cancellations, and Additional Fees
Late or Missed Payments
Late or missed payments fees are as follows:
- $95 per late or missed payment.
Customer-Requested Changes
Substantial Customer-Requested Changes fees are as follows:
- $50 per traveler per request.
Customer-Requested Cancellations
Customer-Requested Cancellations fees are as follows:
- Ten percent (10%) of total amount paid to Volemos Travel, in addition to any earned Professional Servicess Fees.
Examples
Travel Package Example
Scenario: Patrick books a trip to Europe for 5 adults. Total invoice: $17,250.
- Trip cost: $14,928.57
- Per-person service fee ($300 × 5): $1,500.00
- Per-trip service fee (5% of trip cost + per-person fees): $821.43
- Total Professional Service Fees: $2,321.43
- Total invoice amount: $17,250.00
Customer-Requested Cancellation Example
Scenario: Patrick cancels his trip before departure.
- Total amount paid to Volemos Travel: $17,250
- Professional Service Fees (non-refundable): $2,321.43
- Cancellation Fee: 10% of $17,250 = $1,725
- Total retained by Volemos Travel: $4,046.43
- Potentially refundable to Patrick (before supplier penalties): $13,203.57
Note: The refundable amount is then subject to the applicable Supplier's cancellation policies, which may result in additional deductions.
Changes to This Fee Schedule
We reserve the right to modify this Fee Schedule at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Fees for bookings already confirmed are governed by the Fee Schedule in effect at the time of purchase.
